We know that you are eager to receive your purchase and we at All Man are just as eager to get your order to you in a timely manner!
- Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 48-72 hours upon receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays) and shipped within 7-10 business days. *Please note the shipping and transit time begin after order processing.
For example, if your order is placed on Monday the 10th, it will be processed by Thursday the 13th. USPS will pick up on Wednesday the 19th through Monday the 24th at the latest.
**Please be advised that processing & shipping times increase during holidays and peak seasons. Please allow additional time during these periods of high demand.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Invoices and shipping labels are generated during order processing. During this time, the customer will immediately receive the order tracking number via the email provided during checkout. The initial email does not indicate that the order has shipped.
Once the package is scanned by USPS, the order tracking number will be immediately updated and is an indication that the shipping process has begun. At this time, any shipping related questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with USPS using the tracking number provided via email.
All Man Apparel will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies, lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before orders are submitted. If the shipping information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the order. However, in the event the order is returned by the carrier, the customer will be refunded the purchase price excluding the cost for shipping.
